Sometimes you need to sit down with a person, explain what you're actually trying to do, ask your real questions, and talk it through until it starts to make sense.

That's what this is.

What this session is

Fifty minutes, one-on-one, on a video call. You bring what you're working on — or what you're stuck on — and we spend the whole time on you and your situation.

This is not a free discovery call dressed up as something else. You're paying for the time and the guidance, and you should leave with something useful whether or not you ever buy anything else from me.

Why 50 minutes

Thirty minutes is enough to describe a problem. It isn't enough to work through one. Fifty minutes gives us room to understand your situation properly, ask follow-up questions, and get to something practical before the time runs out. The length is intentional — I'd rather not rush you.

Who this is for

Anyone with an idea, a skill, or a situation they want to think through with someone. You don't need a business yet. You don't need a plan. You don't need to have it figured out — that's usually the point.

It's probably not the right fit if you're looking for someone to build the thing for you, or if you want a guaranteed outcome. I can give you clear thinking and practical direction. The work is still yours.

Who you'll be talking to

I'm Kisa. I'm a licensed practical nurse, and I've built my own businesses alongside that work — two Shopify stores, an Etsy shop, digital products, and a small studio doing websites and branding for other people.

I've made the mistakes and figured out the unglamorous parts myself. That's the perspective you're getting: someone who has built the thing, not someone selling a system for building it.

Frequently asked questions

Does buying this reserve a time on the calendar?
No. Purchase first, then schedule. Your confirmation email includes the scheduling link, and you'll pick your time there from the slots I have open.

Where does the session happen?
On a video call. The link is included in your appointment confirmation once you've scheduled.

Do I have to pay again when I schedule?
No. The scheduling page is only for choosing your time. Payment is complete once you check out here.

What if I don't know what to ask?
Come anyway. Tell me what's on your mind and we'll find the real question together. The intake form will also prompt you with a few things to think about beforehand.

I'm not a nurse. Is this still for me?
Yes. Healthcare is where a lot of my experience lives, but the session is about your business, whatever field you're in.

Can I bring my business partner or spouse?
Yes, as long as it's one session for one shared situation. Just mention it on the intake form.

Will I get anything in writing?
You're welcome to take notes, and I'll send a short follow-up email with the main points we landed on.

Can I book more than one session?
Yes. Purchase a session for each appointment you'd like, and schedule them one at a time.

Booking, rescheduling & refunds

• Scheduling window. Please schedule your session within 60 days of purchase.
• Rescheduling. You can reschedule once, free, with at least 24 hours' notice — use the link in your appointment confirmation.
• Late arrivals. The session ends at its scheduled time. If you're late, we'll use the time that's left.
• Missed appointments. If you miss your session without 24 hours' notice, it's considered used. Reach out if something genuinely unavoidable happened — I'm reasonable.
• Refunds. Because this is reserved time, sessions are non-refundable once scheduled. If you haven't scheduled yet and you've changed your mind, email me within 14 days of purchase and I'll refund you.
• Privacy. What you share with me stays between us.
• Scope. This is business guidance, not legal, tax, accounting, or medical advice. For those, please work with a licensed professional.
