Who this is for

Different businesses, same bottleneck.

Some businesses don't have quite enough of this work to justify a hire. Others have plenty of it and simply don't want another permanent person on the books. Either way, it still has to get done every week.

What we support

Four kinds of support

We work inside the systems you already use, following the process you already have — or we document one with you first. Take one area, or several.

Administrative Support

The recurring work that fills a day and never appears on a to-do list until it's overdue.

Inbox & calendar

  • Inbox monitoring, triage, and routine correspondence
  • Calendar management and appointment coordination
  • Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations

Records & data

  • Data entry and spreadsheet maintenance
  • CRM and database updates
  • Forms, records, and document organization

Follow-through

  • Client and customer follow-up
  • Online research and information gathering
  • Administrative backlog clearing

Operations Support

The workflows behind the business — kept moving, tracked, and documented.

Client & project flow

  • Client and customer onboarding
  • Task tracking and project coordination
  • Recurring operational workflows

Process & systems

  • Process documentation and SOP implementation
  • CRM organization and database cleanup

What we don't do

A short list on purpose. Knowing where a service stops is what makes the rest of it dependable — and each of these belongs with you or with a licensed professional.

  • Clinical or medical judgmentNo advice, assessment, triage, or anything requiring a clinical licence.
  • MarketingNo ads, SEO, social media, or lead generation.
  • Bookkeeping, accounting, or taxIncluding insurance billing and claims.
  • Holding your customers' moneyWe never take card details or process payments on your behalf.
  • Legal adviceWe can organize the paperwork; we can't advise on it.
How we communicate. Most support is handled asynchronously, in writing — it's what lets us respond dependably rather than whenever someone happens to be free. Scheduled calls are available when the scope requires them.
Why it's different

You're not adding headcount. You're handing off the work.

Hiring is the obvious answer, and for plenty of businesses it's the wrong one. Not because the work isn't there — often it is — but because payroll, benefits, recruiting, training, supervision and cover are a second job you didn't ask for.

Adding an employee

Recruiting, onboarding, training, payroll, benefits, supervision, and cover when they're out. Your time goes into managing the person as much as the work. When they leave, you do all of it again.

Codes & Culture

You approve a workflow once. We own the training, the documented procedures, the quality checks, and the coverage. You get the work done, not a person to manage.

How it works

A careful start, then it's quiet

Onboarding is deliberate because access to a business should be. After that, the whole point is that you stop thinking about it.

Tell us

A short form covers your business, your systems, and the work you'd hand over.

Consultation

We scope it together — what's in, what isn't, and whether it's recurring or a project.

Agreement

Scope and service level in writing. Where health information is involved, a BAA is signed before any access.

Secure access

You create named accounts with the permissions you choose. We never ask for your password.

We start

Your process, your rules, your escalation points. Then the work stops landing on you.

How engagements work

Three shapes, scoped to your business

You're buying a defined scope of work, not a block of hours. What that scope contains depends entirely on your business, so we price it after we understand it — not before.

Ongoing

Recurring support

A defined set of administrative or operational work, handled every week without you asking.

  • Agreed scope and volume
  • Same-business-day response
  • Monthly account review
  • Month to month — no long lock-in
One-time

Project support

A specific piece of work with a clear start and finish. No ongoing commitment required.

  • Fixed scope, agreed up front
  • Defined deliverable and timeline
  • A single quote, not a retainer
  • Convert to recurring only if you want to
Blended

Custom arrangements

Most businesses need a bit of both — a backlog cleared once, and a routine kept moving after.

  • Project first, then ongoing
  • Seasonal or variable coverage
  • Multiple areas combined
  • Scoped around what's actually needed

Pricing is quoted after the consultation, once we know the scope. If we're not the right fit for what you need, we'll tell you that instead.

Get started

Tell us what you need help with

This isn't a sales form. It tells us whether we can genuinely help, what the work involves, and how to scope it — and if we're not the right answer, we'll say so.

Thank you — that's come through.

We read every one of these. You'll hear back within one business day.

A sentence or two is plenty.
Select all that apply.
Emails, orders, clients, records — whatever fits.
Email, CRM, scheduling, storefront, EHR — anything relevant.

Please don't include customer names, health information, or confidential details in this form. We'll reply within one business day — and if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you that instead of selling you something.
