PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies only to orders placed using a purchase option, such as a pre-order or subscription. Standard one-time purchases are covered by our Return & Refund Policy above.

Pre-orders If you place a pre-order, you may cancel for a full refund at any time before the item ships by emailing info@codesandculture.com with your order number. Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.

Subscriptions (if offered) You may cancel or modify a subscription at any time before your next renewal date through your customer account or by emailing info@codesandculture.com. Cancellations take effect for the following billing cycle; charges already processed follow our Return & Refund Policy.
